Set directly across from a private Southern Shores beach (reserved exclusively for owners and their guests), this location offers something rare on the OBX: calming shoreline with no public parking and no hordes.

Inside, the home feels bright, casual, and thoughtfully curated. Soft coastal tones and updated furnishings create a space that feels both elevated and comfortable. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, everybody has room to relax. Two cavernous living areas make it simple to gather or spread out. Ideal for movie nights, peaceful mornings, or afternoon downtime after the beach.

The completely equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces, making meals and connection feel effortless.

Step outside and the experience continues. The private backyard pool is entirely fenced for a tucked-away, resort-style feel. After beach time just steps away, rinse off in the outdoor shower and ease into the evening with a backyard BBQ. For a little friendly competition, head to the garage game space with a pool table — a fun additional for both kids and adults.
Mornings are best spent on the front porch with coffee and ocean breezes. Evenings end under the stars.
