Guests will also have access to the Village Beach Club from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and on weekends during May and September. This broad oceanfront facility and lifeguarded beach access is located just south of Dolphin Run, so you can walk, bicycle or take advantage of the complimentary and convenient oceanfront parking. Conveniences include an Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, bath home, pickleball court, and even a cafe with snacks, lunch and a full-service bar. The Village Beach Club is the one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a full day of fun in the sun for the entire family.

Centrally located in Nags Head on the east side of bypass, Dolphin Run is the ideal neighborhood for guests who are looking for both simple access to the beach along with a variety of close by shopping and dining options. Within a mile radius of Salty Dog you'll find the Outer Banks Mall, two grocery stores, ice cream, gift stores and go-carts.

Please note that while access to seasonal amenities at the Village Beach Club is complimentary, parking at the complex requires a pass ranging between $10 and $25 per day, per car depending on demand and time of year (per Village Beach Club website).
