Guest Access:

Access to Gone Coastal is hassle-complimentary with our Intelligent Lock system. On your check-in day, you’ll receive a unique code to unlock the door, which will expire at 10:00 a.m. on your check-out day.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the Whalehead Neighborhood in Corolla, NC. Just a short walk to the beach, a short drive to close by eateries, stores, and Carova Beach, which is the home of the OBX wild horses!



There are numerous grocery stores within mins.. Food Lion and Harris Teeter. There are many eateries, stores, and fun activities for kids in the area. To the north are the infamous 4x4 drive on beaches and the historic town of Corolla. To the south is the town of Duck with many things to see and do.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★

After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and fun experience for all events involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the home rules with all events that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everybody" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.



★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★

Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.



★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



★ POOLS & HOT TUBS ★

The pool is open seasonally from May 15-October 15. The hot tub is open from April to October.



★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★

We appreciate those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring family pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.



★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home. This property has a camera in the carport and the front door.



★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★

For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we stringently prohibit third-event bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college events.
