'We highly recommend 4x4 and high clearance cars for parking at this rental home, as the property does not have a paved driveway. The condition of the parking area can change quickly, causing sand accumulation and potential car damage (either sand-blasting or cars becoming stuck). Vacasa is not liable for any towing costs or damage to a car, and cannot guarantee the condition of the parking area.'
