Traditional, beautiful bungalow/home with deeded easement access over the barrier dune to the beach. About 50 yards to the surf. Wonderful front deck with plenty of ocean vistas. Sometimes, if luck should have it, a school of porpoises may entertain you while you savor calming on the deck or the sandy beach that is a mins. walk across Virginia Dare Trail. Access to a public beach, with a bath home is 1/4 mile right up to street. If you decide to appreciate a good meal, many eateries are within a short distance, as are fishing piers and the World's famed John's Drive In (historically know for its dolphin (fish not porpoise) sandwich and boat. Appreciate the enclosed, outdoor shower and covered patio underneath the home.
A utility room with washer and dryer is also located on the ground level. Charm and quaintness at a very economical price.
