Parking pass required; 1 parking spot guaranteed, 2nd spot is not. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

**Per strict HOA rules, Golf carts are not allowed to be kept or left to charge on Carolina Surf Property.**

**PROVIDED: WIFI, completely outfitted kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart are also available for guest use.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
