WEST LAGOONS - 22 Harbor Drive Unit 4 - OVERLOOKS THE POOL AND LAGOON - This second floor, 1200 square foot, mid-island condo, in the beautiful Island Park Neighborhood, features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed, the third bedroom has two doubles. The dining table seats six and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Conveniences include two private balconies, one overlooking the lagoon, and one on the street side, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board and secure Wi-Fi. There's a highchair and a pack n play for the little guests. This condo is roughly a 5-min. walk from the beach. This condo does not provide cable service. Intelligent TVs in living room and master bedroom have Streaming services which may be accessed with guests own streaming accounts. The TVs are also equipped with antenna for some local channels.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not supplied. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
