This cavernous home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and offers handsome direct vistas of the sound—ideal for calming and making lasting memories.

The main level features an open-concept layout with a bright family room, entirely equipped kitchen, eat-in dining area, and a coffee/tea bar to start your mornings right. Appreciate your favorite shows on the 65” Intelligent TV with Roku. This level also includes three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with full-size bunk beds—as well as a full bathroom. Just off the living space, a three-season sunroom provides a comfortable seating area overlooking the water.

Downstairs, you’ll find a second kitchen, a king bedroom, a full bathroom, and a huge entertainment area ideal for unwinding. Savor the 55” TV, darts, shuffleboard, and foosball table—great for guests of all ages. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Step outside to appreciate the private hot tub, or take the two paddleboards out on the water (stored along the side of the home). In the evening, gather around the fire pit and take in gorgeous sunset vistas over the sound. (Firewood is not included but can be purchased at close by store). A ground-level storage area includes beach chairs and paddles for guest use.

We provide all linens, bath towels, and essential kitchen supplies to make your stay as cozy as possible.

As our guest, you’ll also have access to the community clubhouse and pool. A $2 returnable deposit is required for a pool wristband. The pool is open seasonally from May 23 through September 7, with hours from 11 AM to 7 PM. Community activities include adult volleyball on Mondays, kids’ volleyball on Fridays, and a fun Friday nighttime burger event ($7 per meal).
