BEACH HOME DETAILS AND AMENITIES
There is enough room for a group of 9 with 1200 square feet of living space. Everything is supplied for a great stay:

KITCHEN
The huge kitchen is well equipped with many appliances (crockpot, toaster, blender), silverware, plates, cups, pots, pans, coffee maker (k-cup and full pot brew).

-Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, intelligent tv.

EARLY CHECK IN OPTIONS: For an additional $50, our cleaners will prioritize cleaning the home for your arrival at 2pm instead of 5pm. This must be requested at least 2 days before your arrival

FAMILY PETS: we accept up to 2 well-behaved housetrained dogs for $50/pet. Our home rules must be respected at all times.
- No family pets are allowed on the furnishings or in the beds. A $300 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is broken.

HOME RULES:
- You must be 25 years old and present during the stay to rent this home in accordance with NC Vacation Rental Act
- No events or events
- No more than 9 guests can occupy this property. If this is violated you will be evicted immediately and NO refunds will be supplied
- You must disclose all pets. If you fail to disclose a pet, there is a $200 surcharge above the pet fee
- You are responsible for any damages you cause to the property during your stay. Trip insurance is highly recommended
- There is definitely NO smoking or vaping in the home. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if there is smoking or vaping in the home.

*Important Notes**:
- The kayak is not available for guest use
- The dunes between the home and the beach are steep and can be challenging for less active/abled fellows.
- The home is regularly treated for bugs & pests, however in this warm tropical climate you will experience bugs and modest reptiles
**Hatteras is a barrier island. Beaches, dunes, and access can change due to erosion, reclamation projects and other factors.
