The ocean is a short 2 min. drive and there are complimentary public beach accesses for parking!

PET RULES
- 2 Dogs Max ( 45lbs Weight Max)
- Pet Fee required ($150)
- Pet owner is financially responsible for any damages
- Pet must be cleaned up after both inside and outside
- Please no excessive barking

HOME RULES
- Rental Agreement need to be signed
- Refundable Security deposit required
- No Sand In The Washer and Dryer
- No smoking OF ANY KIND inside of the home or on decks please walk out in the street to smoke

- This home accommodates 4 guest max including infants

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
- Please throw away anything in fridges and freezers
- Please take out trash from each trash can (kitchens and bathrooms) to the trash can right outside
- Please make sure dishes are clean and to start the dishwasher so cleaners have enough time to turnover the property for next guests
