Ahhmazing views-3rd floor End unit! 2bd/2ba Brdwlk - Vacation rental home in Carolina Beach, NC

Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms. There is also a comfortable Queen-sized Serta sleeper couch. Condo sleeps 6 total but best suited for max. 4 adults and 2 kids.

All bath towels and bed linens are supplied. Beach towels are not supplied so please plan to bring your own.

You get complimentary parking for one car with your rental. If you need a second pass there will be a $15 fee and I need to know in advance.

Our condo building does have an elevator!

We really savor our guests and look forward to providing you with a handsome view and a calming vacation. While we don’t anticipate any issues, we ask that you take a few mins. to review our home rules to ensure you are aware of expectations for your stay at our condo.


Smoking
Smoking/vaping is NOT allowed in the condo at any time. $250 fee for smoking in the condo and we will ask you to immediately vacate the premises for violating home rules.

Sand
Please be courteous of sand and avoid carrying it into the condo. There is an outdoor shower located on the boardwalk when re-entering from the beach access. Please clean all beach items prior to re-entering the unit. Do not shower off excess sand in the unit shower or bath as it can cause clogs in the pipes.
Also, be sure to shake off sand from towels and items before putting them in the washing machine.

Kids
Please do not allow young kids on the balcony if possible. Always supervise kids when inside the condo or on the balcony. Our condo is not kid proof and our balcony is on the third floor. We deeply care about the safety of our guests.

Guests
People other than those in the guest's event designated in the reservation may not stay overnight at the property. Any other person at the property at any time is the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests will need to park in paid parking locations around the island or have a properly tagged Cabana Del Mar car. If any guests cause a disturbance, they will be asked to leave immediately and you may also be asked to vacate the premises with forfeiture of your reservation.
Quiet Hours in the building are between 11pm-8am


Safety
This condo is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite.

Parking
Please keep a parking pass hanging in a visible location on the car at all times regardless of if you are parked in the garage or one of the two designed Cabana overflow tons across the street. One temporary parking pass is included with your stay. If you need an additional parking pass, please let us know in advance of your reservation. There will be a $15 charge for additional passes.

Camera
As disclosed on the listing, we have a camera mounted on the balcony pointing towards the ocean. The camera is to remain plugged in at all times. We use it ONLY to know when there is a power or internet outage and to monitor the inclement weather when we are not there. Please know that the sound is not activated and we are not watching you.

Family Animals
Our condo has a NO family pets allowed policy. If any pets are brought into the condo there will be an additional $200 cleaning fee and you will be asked to immediately vacate the property forfeiting your reservation and rental costs.

Per NC Vacation Rental Agreement under NC vacation rental act, booking and paying for this reservation is evidence of your acceptance of these terms and your intent to use this property as a vacation rental.

You will have use of the entire condo with the exception of the primary bathroom closet which serves as our owner's closet.

Gated condo building right on the boardwalk!

Parking around Carolina Beach can be expensive and difficult to find. Our location accepts you to keep your car parked on site and walk to a variety of eateries, bars and stores. We are located on the boardwalk.

There is a restaurant across the street that has live bands some nights in the evening hours. We are providing a white noise alarm clock in case you find it disturbs you when you try to go to sleep.
