We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and stringently prohibit third-event bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.



★ RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK-IN FORM

Booking Guest will be required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a Check-in Form.



★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE

We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-event service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.



★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION

Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



★ PRIVATE POOL & HOT TUB

The pool and hot tub are available from May 10-October 10. Pool Heat available with a fee - please ask. Requires 48hr notice. The pool heat is designed to take the chill off; the water will not feel like a bath.

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. This home has one exterior recording camera on the front pointing towards the driveway and staircase.
