Cool off in the pool, grab a drink at the tiki bar, and fire up the grille. This secluded getaway has activities for everybody with games such as horseshoes and foosball. At nighttime, head up to the spa on the upper deck and relax under the stars. Located in the beautiful Ocean Sands community and a short drive to local stores and eateries!

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**We welcome up to two family pets. To help maintain the cleanliness of our property for future guests, a $150 pet fee will be added to your reservation.*



**The pool will be open from 5/1 - 10/9. If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.**

Getting Around:

The home is located in the Ocean Sands Community in Corolla. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can conveniently plan your transportation!

As a reminder: We welcome up to two pets. To help maintain the cleanliness of our property for future guests, a $150 pet fee will be added to your reservation.

The pool will be open from 5/1 - 10/9. If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my finest to accommodate.



The hot tub will be open year-round.



Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an luxury that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
