Welcome to Salty 7! Thought, care, and attention to detail have gone into every element of this home from the decor to the amenities. Step inside to the charmingly decorated and coastal ambience of Salty 7, where you can't help but relax into OBX vacation mode. The kitchen is entirely supplied for the chef of your family to whip up delicious meals for your stay, which can be adored together in the dining area or al fresco in the fresh air. The living area is a comfortable place to watch movies in the evening, or read a book in the mornings while appreciating the Carolina sunlight streaming in the windows.

Spread throughout the home are 7 enchanting bedrooms, laid out ideally for a variety of family needs. There are 4 king bedrooms (2 have private ensuite full baths), 2 pyramid bunk rooms, and a queen room. Access to bathrooms are steps away, so convenience is available for everybody.

Send the competitors in your family down to the game room, where they can challenge each other to a round of pool. The kitchenette is supplied to make snack time or poolside drinks super painless, with a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, and pots and pans effortlessly available.

Step outside and savor the shining private pool and hot tub. Sunloungers offer the ideal place to work on your suntan, and a cozy shaded seating area provides relief from the sun. An outdoor shower makes rinsing sand off a breeze, ensuring the home is comfortably sand complimentary for your stay.

Family Animals are welcome! Bring 1 dog for complimentary. If bringing more than one dog, please message us about the applicable fee.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
