Elegant Duck oceanside pet-friendly vacation home. Roomy and well-equipped, the Sea Hawk subdivision is a short distance from the village stores in Duck. This impressive home features an simple-access elevator, four master bedrooms, a game room with a pool table, air hockey table, dartboard, wet bar, refrigerator, 8 TVs, and 1 DVD player plus NETFLIX!
Handsomely landscaped fenced-in yard with a enormous 18 x 36' pool and a 7-person hot tub with plenty of decking and a volleyball court! There is also a swing set for the kids and a porta-crib. Appreciate peaceful, comfortable evenings calming in front of the gas fireplace! There are also basketball goal and horseshoes for the athletes. Only 1350 ft. to the beach and close to fine dining and shopping in the heart of Duck! This home is kid-friendly!

TopLevel: Queen master bedroom with tub/shower and single vanity, TV; 2 Twin beds that share tub/shower with the game room; game room with pool table, foosball, card table, full-size refrigerator, and wet bar.

Middle level: King master bedroom with tub/shower, sitting area, and flat-screen TV; master queen bedroom with tub/shower, sitting area, and TV; queen bedroom with a hall bath with tub/shower, TV; and washer and dryer.

All of our homes are equipped with Wi-Fi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee that the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
