Southern Shores is a town in the Outer Banks with trees and green space - ideal for your walk to the beach or bicycle ride. Several neighbors are full-time homeowners so it is important to keep the tranquility during peaceful hours of 930pm-800am.

This roomy home sits a block west of Highway 12 in Southern Shores, just over half a mile from the Hillcrest Beach Access. This accepts for painless access to Kitty Hawk and South as well as beating the traffic on the turnover day! This area does not have "public" beaches. You will need to use the guest passes supplied. You can walk, ride your bicycle or drive just a half-mile to the beach access.

Within the community, you'll have access to marinas, tennis and volleyball courts, and a delightful park for kids. This is also a incredible home base for exploring the rest of the Outer Banks, with Duck only two miles north and the Wright Brothers National Memorial nine miles south.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
