Pierview Oceanfront Condo’s, formerly Bodie Island Resort, Unit 205 is a beachfront condominium at milepost 17 in South Nags Head, NC. This striking 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers gorgeous ocean vistas, a full-size kitchen, private balcony, and more! It’s a non-smoking, no-family pets unit. Renovated for the 2015/2016 season, it’s ideal for a family hideaway with the beach just steps from your door. Both bedrooms have private baths, with the master featuring a Jacuzzi tub. The unit sleeps six, including a sleeper couch, and you can bring an air bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has sliding doors to an upsized balcony with ocean vistas, plus a TV, cable, and DVD player. The second bedroom also has a TV/DVD. Towels and linens are supplied, but bring your own beach towels. The living room features comfortable décor, a decorative fireplace, huge flat-screen TV with Blu-ray/DVD, and a sleeper couch with a memory foam bed. There’s a wet bar with sink and wine cooler, a dining area with a rustic pine table for six, and a well-outfitted kitchen with electric stove and dishwasher. A sliding glass door opens to the balcony for calming, reading, or watching the sunrise. A washer and dryer are supplied. Outside, savor two pools (one for kids), a playground, charcoal grilles, picnic area, basketball half-court, horseshoe pits, volleyball court, plenty of parking, and an elevator. There’s also an outdoor shower for convenience. It’s the ideal spot to relax and start your mornings on the deck with the sound of the ocean.

Note: The over 30-year-old elevator is out of service and will be replaced this spring. In the meantime, a bags lift has been installed to assist with moving suitcases and other items to the second floor.
