Savor the elegant and upsized pool area with a dozen lounge chairs for soaking in the sun or taking in a fast bite at the picnic table. Unwind with a drink at the tiki bar with seating for 5 and includes a drink refrigerator and charcoal grille for your entertaining experience. Chill out in the gated and covered hot tub. The pool area has its own Bluetooth sound system for your listening enjoyment. Walk to the beach through the grotto and your private beach walkway. For the gamesman in the crown, a well appointed horseshoe pit is located on the side.

Mid Level: Appreciate a roomy entryway that opens to 4 master bedrooms: a King Master Bedroom Suite with Roku TV and it's own Bluetooth sound system (separate from all others), deck access and a huge private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.

Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). The owner of this home MUST approve all events! This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
