Welcome to Aqua Palooza, a pretty semi-oceanfront home in Nags Head!

Located just across the street from the beach and roughly 520 feet to the nearest beach access, you and your family will never want to leave once you’ve stayed at this handsome, centrally located beachside getaway offering countless amenities!

Offering 8 bedrooms, 4 of which are en suites, there is plenty of room to spread out. The top level offers a comfortable living area, as well as two dining areas that seat 20. The open kitchen also conveniently provides additional countertop seating, two dishwashers, and two cooktops. A half bath, two king en suites, and decks with ocean vistas can also be found on this level.

Head down to the mid level to find one king en suite with private deck access, a queen en suite, a king bedroom that shares a Jack and Jill bath with a queen bedroom, and the den with a big screen TV. Two washers and dryers provide convenience for midweek laundry day.

On the ground level, the whole family will adore the recreation room with a pool table, an arcade table, and a kitchenette. Two bedrooms with two bunk beds and one trundle each share a Jack and Jill bath. A half bath on this level can also be conveniently accessed via the pool area.

The huge pool area offers plenty of seating, as well as a hot tub and a tiki bar. The private pool is open from mid-April until mid-October. Optional pool heat is available during the months of April, May, September, and October for $300/week.

Aqua Palooza is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
