This handsome home features everything you and your family need for an memorable Outer Banks vacation, including an elevator for your convenience, a 18x36 private pool and hot tub with a poolside bar, an outdoor shower, a grille, ceiling fans, a fish cleaning table and much more, all offered with your family's comfort in mind.

The top level features vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows showcasing gorgeous ocean vistas. Step out onto the deck to take in the warm ocean breezes and elegant sunrises each morning! The dining area offers seating for 8, and the kitchen features additional countertop seating and stainless steel appliances. A king bedroom and a connecting semi-private full bath with a stall shower round out the top level of this well-appointed home.

The mid level features the remaining three bedrooms, including a queen bedroom with deck access, a bedroom with a full and a twin bed, and an adjoining bunk room connected by a shared half bath. Another full hall bath with a tub/shower combo can be found on this level as well.

Convenient beach access is just a short walk away via a crosswalk that is located roughly 215 ft from your front door. If you prefer to drive, 2 Southern Shores Civic Association beach parking passes are available with a $15 + tax deposit per pass in 2025.

Aqua La Vista is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
