The mid level offers all four bedrooms, laundry, and deck access with a hot tub. Both king bedrooms share a full Jack and Jill bath, while the two other bedrooms (one with 1 double bunk bed, the other with 1 pyramid bunk, 1 double trundle, and 1 twin bed) have access to a full hall bath.

The top level offers a cavernous great room to accommodate your family when spending time together recapping the day's activities or enjoying game nighttime. This level also features a convenient full bath, as well as an electric fireplace to savor the ambience all year. Step out onto the furnished sun deck to enjoy vistas of the ocean and the Avon Fishing Pier complex.
