The top level of Ra’s Roost features a freshly refreshed kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, countertop seating for 4, and even a coffee bar, ideal for brewing a cup before a walk to the beach to check out the sunrise. A dining area with seating for 10 is flanked by a comfortable living area and even a modest workspace, ideal for remote working or learning. A king bedroom, a full shared bath, and a furnished deck round out this level.

The mid level offers a full hall bath and the remaining 3 bedrooms, including one king, one queen, and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a twin bed.
