The top level of Ra’s Roost features a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, countertop seating for 4, and even a coffee bar, ideal for brewing a cup before a walk to the beach to check out the sunrise. A dining area with seating for 10 is flanked by a comfortable living area and even a modest workspace, ideal for remote working or learning. A king bedroom, a full shared bath, and a furnished deck with ocean vistas round out this level.

On the ground level is the dry entry, a convenient full-sized refrigerator, and the laundry area. Step outside to soak in hot tub or have a drink at the tiki bar.
