You’re also sure to appreciate the striking screened-in porch — a peaceful spot to appreciate your morning coffee or an afternoon book.

When it’s time for outdoor fun, the private oceanfront pool is sure to be a family favorite. Open seasonally and available with optional heat for an additional $350, it’s a great place to cool off or lounge poolside. After a day in the sun, relax in the hot tub as you listen to the waves roll in. A boarded walkway leads you from the pool area to a dunetop deck with constructed-in seating and stairs down to the sandy beach, making it simple to head back and forth throughout the day.

The fun continues inside on the ground level, where a roomy recreation room offers a full-size pool table, Foosball, and a enormous TV, plus a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator to keep drinks and snacks close at hand. This space also includes a queen sleeper couch, ideal for additional guests.

Additional features that make Beach Therapy a standout include a gas grille, outdoor shower, and complimentary bed linens with beds made before your arrival — so your vacation can start the moment you walk in the door. For bigger groups or multigenerational families, the home’s spacious layout includes multiple en suite bedrooms, multiple oceanfront rooms with deck access, and plenty of shared and private spaces for everybody to spread out and feel at home.

Located in the peaceful, family-friendly community of South Nags Head, Beach Therapy offers the best of both worlds: calming surroundings and painless access to top Outer Banks attractions like the Bodie Island Lighthouse, Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, Outer Banks Fishing Pier and Fish Heads Bar and Grille, the Nags Head Outlet Stores, and a variety of local eateries.

Beach Therapy is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge of $210 plus taxes for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking.

Ground Level: Recreation room, queen bedroom, bedroom with 2 bunk sets, full hall bath, laundry closet, access to a covered area with grille, outdoor shower, and private oceanfront pool.

Mid Level: King en suite with oceanfront deck access, king bedroom with oceanfront deck access and an attached Jack and Jill bath connected to another king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, full hall bath.

Top Level: Living area, 2 dining areas (one table with seating for 8; another with seating for 10), kitchen, powder room, king en suite with private bath, oceanfront deck, screened-in porch.

Beach renourishment projects are scheduled to take place in Dare County in late spring through summer of 2026. Specifically, projects are planned to take place along the oceanfront in Nags Head, Buxton and Avon. More details will be supplied as updates and plans are confirmed.
