The condo offers all new floor and new kitchen appliances! The condo is non-smoking and accepts 1 mature dog. It has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, accommodating 7. The sound-front Master suite has a King bed, flat-screen TV, bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a separate door leading to your covered deck with a hammock swing. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk bed, also with a flat-screen TV. The 2nd guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Soak up the sun in our community pool, or if you want to bring your boat, a 35' dock space is available. At the end of the day kick back with a movie on the intelligent TV in the living room.
