Guest access

Parking -

Front yard and driveway parking can fit up to 6 cars, which is shared with the long term tanent at the back unit. He is a super friendly guy who has two cars and a boat parking there right now but still left you planty of parking spots.



Main home -

You can access anywhere at front unit, the back unit from the side walk at the right is currently rented by a long term tenant.



Yard -

The front and back unit has separate yard, you can access the main unit yard from the gate at the left side of the home.



Other things to note

The backyard is fenced and separated from the rear unit.

The backyard only accessible from the driveway at front, no access anywhere from inside the home.



Please note that a pet fee applies to all animals due to the additional cleaning required.
