This home has it all! Just a short walk to the ocean, painless beach access and parking. Southern Shores is a enchanting town, centrally located, close to Duck, Kill Devil Hills, and Nags Head. Bicycle ride to eateries in Duck or lounge at home by the pool. Beautiful pool has a brand new liner and salt water, with an option to heat. 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a third shower in the garage. WiFi, two TVs, humongous primary bedroom suite with room for an air bed and pack and play. The enormous laundry room also is roomy enough to accommodate an air bed. 3 bedrooms on the main upper floor contain a king sized bed and two queen beds. The fourth bedroom, on the lower floor, is ideal for kids, with bunk beds and a twin bed. There is a twin sleep couch in the game room, adjacent to the kids’ bedroom. A pack and play, high chair, and booster seat is in the primary closet for your use.
The kitchen is entirely outfitted with silverware, plates, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and traditional coffee maker.
Two surfboards, one skim board, one body board, one SUP, three fishing rods, one tackle box, four bicycles, two bags of golf clubs, one stroller, and one sizable cooler are in the garage. If you have questions, please ask. We just bought this home and we’re new to the whole rental process. We are a firefighter and teacher, with two kids, and a lifelong dream of having a beach home. We hope you’ll appreciate our dream come true as much as we do.

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. Monument to a Century of Flight and Wright Brothers National Memorial are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Duck Woods Country Club and Aqua Spa.
