The upper level features a tremendously sizeable open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. The completely equipped kitchen has countertop island seating. The homeowner appreciates spending time with family and friends, so he made a huge dining table to accommodate huge gatherings. You will also find the main bedroom with a king-size bed, ocean vistas, deck access, and a private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bath. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
