Part Time is a semi oceanfront home located just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. This single story beach bungalow offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Step inside to an open concept living area, kitchen, and dining space, all featuring striking ocean vistas. The roomy kitchen is entirely equipped for preparing meals, while the dining table offers seating for the whole family. After a day exploring the Outer Banks, relax on the couch with your favorite movie or TV show as you take in the ocean vistas.

Down the hall, you will find three comfortable bedrooms. The Queen En Suite provides a private and calming getaway. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, while the third offers two Twin beds, each with plenty of space to settle in for the week. A full hall bathroom is conveniently located for shared use.

The outdoor space is just as inviting as the interior. Start your morning on the front deck with a cup of coffee and a glimpse of the sunrise over the ocean. In the evening, head to the back deck to appreciate sunset vistas over the sound. The backyard includes string lighting and a fire pit, ideal for cooler nights. Unwind in the private hot tub or gather under the home at the tiki bar, complete with a full size refrigerator and a high capacity ice maker, making beach days even easier. Additional features include an outdoor shower, a flat screen TV, both charcoal and gas grilles, a picnic table, and an outdoor ping pong table for added fun.

Ready for the beach? Public beach access is just a short walk away, roughly 600 feet from the home. For fishing enthusiasts, Jennette’s Pier is about half a mile down the road, effortlessly reached by foot, bicycle, or car. Shopping is also close by, with the Outlets Nags Head visible from the back porch. Looking for adventure? Kitty Hawk Kites is just a short drive away, offering activities like surfing, hang gliding, and access to the famed dunes. Prefer dining out? You are conveniently located near a variety of local favorite eateries.

**Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

**For your safety and security, the exterior of this home is monitored by cameras and sensors. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the devices in any way is a violation of our home rules and additional charges may apply.**

Check-in begins at 4PM. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
