This welcoming space flows into a completely-equipped, modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite-patterned countertops, and a enormous breakfast bar. The three serene bedrooms each boast a plush King bed, a Intelligent TV, and their own distinct, chic decor.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 10/30/24 construction has begun in the lot behind the home and the surrounding area that will cause additional noise during the day. Our prices have been REDUCED and DISCOUNTED to reflect the additional noise that can occur during this neighboring project.



Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road and city noise may be heard. White-noise machines are included in each unit for your comfort.

Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The home is only a short walk from the very trendy King Street where you will find a multitude of great stores – including antique stores, book stores and fashion stores – as well as countless buzzing eateries and bars.
