The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and really appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a suitcases lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an luxury of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

Make memories with your appreciated ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Nags Head. Wake up and wind down with spectacular sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Savor a drink and watch dolphins play from the upsized patio.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath, while the second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, two flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and striking patio furnishings where you can take in all the vistas! Other property offerings include direct beach access and an outdoor shower.

Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are supplied. Bring your clothes and toothbrushes and we will do the rest! This is vacation: simplified!

Our unit is within painless driving distance of many phenomenal local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach, and many great eateries and shopping establishments. We’re right where you want to be!

Please note that we do not allow family pets or smoking of any kind. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.
