The third bedroom has a twin bed.This home is very roomy (2 living rooms) and has plenty of space for family gatherings.The sitting deck overlooks the marsh and there is an additional deck that offers a getaway amongst the palms that feels like an island hideaway. Appreciate morning coffee, reading a book, afternoon tea, or wine with sunsets from either area. The gas grille is located on the bottom level near the garage.There is a 6-seat golf cart included which is the best way to take in the island.
