GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have access to the entire private apartment with private porch which has everything that anyone should need. Guests will enter with a keypad and have their own parking space.

Garage access isn't allowed but there is a shed with bicycles and beach equipment for guest use.

Private 12x24 pool on the property available for guests Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and by request on the weekends. Pool is not pictured because this is a brand new listing and it is covered for the winter months. Forthcoming.
