Outer Banks/Duck 3 Bedroom Resort Condo - Pool, Beach, Tennis - Vacation rental home in Duck, NC

Located in the Barrier Island Station resort in Duck, this roomy 3 bedroom condo includes access to a fabulous outdoor pool, tennis courts, and of course the beach! The condo is less than a 10 min. walk to the beach, and about 5 mins. to the sound. This is a great spot to appreciate Duck! The condo interior is dated, but functional, and because of this this villa is available for rent at will below the usual Duck prices.

This is a 3 bedroom condo with full kitchen, 2 private balconies, and everything you need for a great vacation. The condo can sleep 8, with a King in one bedroom, a Queen in another bedroom, 2 Twins in the 3rd bedroom, and a pullout sleeper couch in the living room.

The exterior of the condo and decks have freshly been remodeled. The interior is showing its age and honestly could use updating (hence the pricing at less than half the usual rate for Duck vacation units). An interior remodel is scheduled for the off-season. Despite the wear and tear, the condo interior is completely functional. I am not on-site, but am always just an e-mail or phone call away. The resort is full-service and has its own friendly staff of maintenance workers, front desk hosts, etc.

The resort is located in the heart of Duck, on the Outer Banks. The resort has a beachfront spot to grab a bite/drink, and a more modren restaurant on the sound; both are walking distance from the condo. All the amenities of Duck are very close by, and it's only a short drive to the magnificant sand dunes at Nags Head/Kitty Hawk, the wild beaches of Corolla, and everything the Outer Banks has to offer.

This is an upper level condo, which makes for great vistas including sunset vistas over the sound, but also means some steps up to the entrance; sorry, there is no elevator.

The entire condo is yours to savor privately. The resort itself has a wide range of activities including:
-Outdoor Pool (including kids's pool)
-Tennis Courts
-Playground
-Grilling area
-Direct beach access
