We operate under a strict cancellation policy, which means refunds are not issued for trip changes or cancellations. Because of this, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially if you anticipate potential disruptions such as flight cancellations or weather concerns.

Vrbo offers optional Trip Protection and Damage Protection at checkout, or via your booking confirmation, check your e-mail to enroll— travel insurance is underwritten by Generali.

Trip Protection can cover cancellations, interruptions, delays, and some weather events. Damage Protection may cover accidental damage up to $1,500. Travelers are encouraged to consider travel insurance for additional tranquility of mind incase of flight cancellations due to weather.

Please plan your transportation around the island in advance, as Uber services are not available. Taxis and Lyft are the primary modes of transportation on the island. We highly recommend guests consider renting a car at the airport for the flexibility to move around freely during your stay.
