POOL OPENS MAY 15th! Quiet sound side home a short walk away from the Jockey's Ridge State Park with great hiking trails and access to the sound. 14x30' saltwater pool with ample deck area and furnishings for sunbathing and calming.
Convenient location to many public beach accesses. A short bicycle ride to the beach or walk/ride on the freshly installed sidewalk to the Outer Banks mall. The nearest beach access at Dowitcher street is just 0.5 mile away.
This 1700 square foot home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and an outdoor shower. New floors installed on upper floor in 2020. New carpet installed downstairs May 2024.
