The property offers 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is located in the top floor and has a king bed with an en suite. A second master bedroom is located on the mid level with a king bed and en suite. A bunk room/ office with twin beds shares a bathroom with the other queen bedroom on the mid level. There is a media room with TV, two chairs, an exercise bicycle and hand weights located on the bottom level. The laundry room is also on the bottom level with washer, dryer, and ironing board.

The home is 3 levels with tons of stairs and no elevator.

Linens and towels are supplied for your stay but please bring your own beach towels. A starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, and soap will be enough to get you started for your stay but you may need to purchase more. There is a well supplied kitchen to prepare your meals with plenty of room for your family to savor a leisurely meal together.

The home is on a double lot with a huge grassy area and surrounding privacy ring of pines. The property is located across from the Marsh Landing Pier entrance to the Currituck Sound. Appreciate the extraordinary sunsets and shining starry nights from the top deck or relax in the privacy and southern beach appeal of the middle deck.
