Spacious 3BR Beach Getaway | Steps to Sand | Pool, Bikes & More - Vacation rental home in Kitty Hawk, NC

Welcome to Water’s Edge, your cavernous Outer Banks getaway just a short walk from the beach within the Sea Dunes resort community in Kitty Hawk.

With three bedrooms and a comfortable, multi-level layout, this home is ideal for families or groups looking to relax, spread out, and appreciate painless beach days together.

Spend your days on the sand and your evenings unwinding in a space designed for simple, comfortable coastal living.

Beach gear, bicycles, and full resort amenities (pool, hot tub, clubhouse, game room, pickleball/tennis, racquetball, and gym) are all included — plus local tips and responsive support from our OBX-based family, welcoming guests since 1973.

The layout makes it simple to gather as a group while still having space to relax. The kitchen is completely equipped for meals at home, and the living area provides a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach.

Downstairs, the garage serves as a well-equipped beach staging area with seating, gear, bicycles, and space to get organized before heading out.

Located in the heart of Kitty Hawk, you’ll be just steps from the beach and close to local favorites, stores, and eateries — everything you need for a classic Outer Banks stay.
