The condo is non-smoking and not pet-friendly. BV222 is designated as a Vacation-My-Way property, requiring a 3-nighttime minimum stay year-round, excluding the 2nd full-week of August which requires a 7-nighttime stay. There is no elevator at the property and the condo entrance is 2 flights from the ground floor. The entry floor has the Master suite with King bed and door leading to covered deck. The top floor offers 2 bedrooms, the first having 1 King bed and the second having 2 Twin beds.
