Ideal for families or groups, Oregon's Corner offers a fenced yard for your furry friends and is just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you'll be within walking distance to the beach, stores, and eateries, making it the ideal location for a beach hideaway.

For some additional space, there is also Captain's Corner Unit B, a classic yet refreshed home furnished with a completely equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy living room with a intelligent TV, laundry facilities, and a patio dining space. A cozy loft with two twin beds, ideal for a kid's room, is accessible via a spiral staircase, providing additional sleeping space. Note: Please use caution when climbing the staircase, especially with young kids. Oregon's Corner is the ultimate beach getaway, with the Oregon Street beach access just steps away!

Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
