Appreciate a really calming vacation On the Sunny Side. This delightfully appointed home overlooks the 13th hole of Nags Head Golf Links and is in walking distance to the Outer Banks Mall.

This three bedroom, two bath home includes many amenities like; WiFi, Keurig brewer, flat screen TVs, Blu-Ray player and DVD players.

In season, take advantage of the Village Beach Club access. An Oceanfront pool club with a private beach access. Take a dip in the huge lifeguarded pool; splash with little ones in the kiddie pool; dry off on the sun deck; reenergize with lunch at the snack bar, and finish the day with a beverage under the canopy.

Community features include two sound-side piers where you can take in pretty sunsets over the water!

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.
