The freshly and charmingly refreshed Hatteras Heritage House is a 2-story 4,000 sq ft home, roomy enough for you to gather as a group or find a private corner for yourself. It is located in a family neighborhood, so it is not a event home; rather it is for families and groups seeking a pleasant, calming, yet quieter getaway.

The open floor plan accepts for simple conversations between the living room, dining room & kitchen. The huge, well-equipped kitchen offers 2 sink areas, double oven, new 5-burner gas range, and a coffee bar around the corner. The chef(s) can chat with company who are sitting at the counter. Enormous deck w/ grille & patio table for 10. The game room has a regulation-size pool table and card table for fun-nighttime every nighttime! A wet bar in the living room keeps the fixings for those festive summer drinks all in one place. The enormous yard is ideal for corn-hole toss and horse-shoe games, equipment supplied during your stay.

Our standard calendar runs from 4 p.m. Saturday to 9 a.m. the following Saturday. Longer stays can be accommodated, so just let us know what your preferences are.

Your family pets are welcome as long as they meet the conditions noted below. Because HHH is in a neighborhood with modest kids, these requirements must be stringently adhered to.
• Are over 2 years old – no puppies allowed
• Are home trained and non-destructive
• Do not have a strong body odor
• Are not allowed to get on the furnishings and beds
• Are not sick with uncontrolled bodily functions
• Have NOT been trained to attack
• Have NOT shown aggressive behavior in the past.
You are required to remove all scat from the yard by the time you check out.
We ask that you brush your pet(s) each day to help with cleaning services, to protect the furnishings, and to assure the next guests can appreciate HHH.

HHH was constructed by a commercial fisherman in 1992. Commercial fishermen live in the area. You will experience the true Hatteras lifestyle.

Family owned/managed. The ideal renter will be respectful of the property and the neighbors. We want you to have a spectacular vacation, for HHH to earn 5 stars, and for you to return next year!

About the Area

Located in Frisco, this vacation home is by the sea. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Scotch Bonnet Marina and Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts. Buxton Seafood and Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
