You will have shared use of a private pier out front including a 25 ft boat slip (reservation required). There you can sunbathe, eat, fish or swim. It is a few mins.’ walk to town for groceries, shopping and dining. The condo has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room (comfortable sectional) so family can be together. There’s a King Bed in the master, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom upstairs. The condo is completely furnished, including sheets, bedspreads, bath towels, and beach towels. All you will need are your clothes and groceries. There are also plenty of beach chairs in the laundry room as well as storage for rafts, floats, coolers, body boards, surfboards, etc. This condo is pet friendly for modest dogs under 25 lbs. As the owner, I manage the property and live only mins. away so if there is anything you need, I will take care of it. All you have to do is call me (910-616-0484).
