Starting on the top level, you’ll find a entirely supplied kitchen with stainless steel appliances, making it painless to prepare meals for the whole group. The dining area seats 10, while the comfortable lounge offers a relaxing space to gather with gorgeous sound vistas. The primary king suite is also located on this level and features a private ensuite full bathroom, and private sun deck overlooking the sound.

The mid level offers three additional bedrooms, including two queen bedrooms and a king bedroom with its own ensuite full bathroom. The two queen bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill full bathroom.

Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction



The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are included at no additional charge.
