OCEANVIEW Salvo - Merrimac Ln. - If you've been looking for your own private island escape, then look no further than SALVO VERA. This charmingly decorated modren getaway, a short walk from the ocean, is just what you've been looking for. The first level features a game room with pool table, TV, stereo/CD and a refrigerator. There's also a queen bedroom and a 6 person hot tub on the deck off the game room. The second level has two bedrooms that share a bath, plus a king master suite that opens onto a deck with a table and chairs. The top level's roomy great room features cathedral ceilings and entertainment center. To the chef's delight, there's a sizable tiled kitchen with breakfast bar. The great room opens to cavernous decking and a screened porch with picnic table. Up on top, an observation deck offers Atlantic vistas as well as sunset vistas.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct.
