The main living level (2nd floor) features a cavernous primary bedroom with a private bathroom (tub/shower combo) and TV, along with a guest bedroom and full bathroom. Downstairs on the ground level, you'll find two additional guest bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower—ideal for families or kids. One of the bedrooms also includes a crib for added convenience. The home offers a comfortable den with a huge TV, a well-appointed kitchen. The fireplace is decorative only; There is a grille, outdoor shower, and a private dock overlooking the creek. This is a pet-friendly home. MAXIMUM CARS: The max. number of cars allowed for this property is 4. Car passes are $20 per car. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Sport Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and a champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. These costs do not cover individual conveniences costs, like green costs.
