Two sizable bedrooms with 2 queen beds each with private entrance to the front deck, and the 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed. Extensive bathroom on this floor with a soaker tub, stand up shower & vanity.

Upstairs, you'll find a handsome open floor plan. The kitchen is a delight with its stainless steel appliances and black granite countertops. You'll have all the essentials to prepare everything, from full-course meals to fast snacks on the go and sweet desserts. The beautiful breakfast bar adds more dining spaces to the adjoining eight-person dining table.

The main living area is another superb place to gather with its comfortable couch and chairs, with a TV above the fireplace. From here, you'll also have direct access to a enormous freshly constructed deck, which has another gas grille and a seating area with gas firepit overlooking the ocean. Savor your morning coffee in the screened in gazebo right off the kitchen. The upstairs loft features another seating and game area.
The master bedroom on this level has a elegant private sunroom with comfortable and calming seating with great vistas of the ocean. The room features a intelligent tv and dedicated work desk and a spacious ensuite bath with two sink vanity, a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower.

From June-August minimum 7 day rental- Saturday to Saturday

EARLY CHECK IN OPTIONS: For an additional $80, our cleaners will prioritize cleaning the home for your arrival at 2pm instead of 5pm. This must be requested at least 3 days before your arrival

Pet stays: we accept up to 3 well-behaved housetrained dogs for $70/pet. Our home rules must be respected at all times.
- No family family pets are allowed on the furnishings or in the beds. A $300 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is broken.
- Family Animals are not allowed in the pool.
- Pets must be taken outside to relieve themselves (no pee pads in the home!). You MUST pick up after your pets. The home is inspected before all check ins, and after all check outs. There is a $300 cleaning fee if you do not pick up after your pets. Doggy bags are supplied in the kitchen welcome basket.

HOME RULES:
- You must be 25 years old and present during the stay to rent this home in accordance with NC Vacation Rental Act
- No events or events
- No more than than 13 guests can occupy this property. If this is violated you will be evicted immediately and NO refunds will be supplied
- You must disclose all pets. If you fail to disclose a pet, there is a $200 surcharge above the pet fee
- You are responsible for any damages you cause to the property during your stay. Trip insurance is highly recommended
- There is definitely NO smoking or vaping in the home. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if there is smoking or vaping in the home.

*Important Notes**:
- The private pool will not be open in Winter months November through March.
- Pool heating up to 85 degrees is available for $500 a week & must be requested at least a week before check-in
- Hot tub is open all year round and is supplied.
- The dunes between the home and the beach are steep and can be challenging for less active/abled fellows.
- The home is regularly treated for bugs & pests, however in this warm tropical climate you will experience bugs and modest reptiles
