Of course, everybody will appreciate the media room, with its 70-inch HD TV and the tiered movie theater seating and surround sound system. Stream movies and TV shows on Netflix for complimentary. All bedrooms also have HD intelligent TVs and Netflix throughout the home.

The private pool is available first week of April to the last week of October. The pool may be heated from April 1st to June 1st and September 1st to October 26th for an additional $400 per week.

The fireplace is not for tenant use.
