Outdoor Oasis
Unwind in your own private, fenced-in pool and soak in the brand-new hot tub under a beautiful trellis. Grille up a meal on the gas BBQ, relax in a lounge chair, or gather at the outdoor dining area. You’ll also savor a enormous outdoor shower and plenty of space to spread out.

Indoor Comforts
Inside, Moondancer offers three handsomely designed levels:

Ground Level:
Your entertainment zone awaits with a chic rec room featuring a pool table, Bluetooth stereo, and a huge intelligent TV with streaming & HDMI hookup. This level also includes a kitchenette with a full refrigerator and microwave, a laundry room, and two bedrooms (one bunkroom with en-suite bath and one with a intelligent TV). Step directly out to the pool and hot tub from the sliding glass doors.

Mid Level:
This quieter floor features three more bedrooms, a comfortable den/office, and two full baths. The main bedroom has a private bath and deck access. A second bedroom includes a bay window and intelligent TV. The den is ideal for reading or remote work and includes a huge dog crate suitable for a bigger pup. There’s also a entry library and access to the second-level deck with pool vistas.

Top Level:
Bright and open, the top floor is the heart of the home. Gather for meals in the cavernous dining area, prepare in the completely supplied kitchen with granite counters and a sizable island, or relax in the living room with new couches, a intelligent TV, DVD player, and surround sound. This level also has a half bath and a primary bedroom with an en-suite bath and private balcony. Appreciate ocean breezes and partial sound vistas from the wraparound deck.
