The kitchen conveniently overlooks the living area and offers plenty of counter space for meal prep and bar seating for 6, as well as stainless steel appliances including 2 dishwashers and a 25 lb. ice maker. Appreciate family meals at the dining table that seats 12. A king en suite with a TV, deck access, and a private bath with dual sink vanity, shower and whirlpool tub complete this level.

The mid level offers a den with a sleeper couch, a TV, a wet bar with a mini refrigerator and direct access to the rear covered deck with hot tub. The final bedroom on this level offers a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle.

On the ground level, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds share a full hall bath. The recreation room features a pool table, a TV, and a full-sized refrigerator. Sliding doors lead to the huge, gated private pool area.
