The kitchen conveniently overlooks the living area and offers plenty of counter space for meal prep and bar seating for 6, as well as stainless steel appliances including 2 dishwashers and a 25 lb. ice maker. Appreciate family meals at the dining table that seats 12. A king en suite with a TV, deck access, and a private bath with dual sink vanity, shower and whirlpool tub complete this level.

The mid level offers a den with a sleeper couch, a TV, a wet bar with a mini refrigerator and direct access to the rear covered deck with hot tub. A king en suite features a TV and a private bath with a Whirlpool tub. Another king bedroom has an attached bath, also accessible from the hallway. The final bedroom on this level offers a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle.

On the ground level, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds share a full hall bath. The recreation room features a pool table, a TV, and a full-sized refrigerator. Sliding doors lead to the huge, gated private pool area.

When not playing on the beach, with convenient access located at the end of the street (roughly 330 yards away), spend your days splashing in the private pool each day, calming in the covered hot tub each evening, or appreciating a friendly volleyball match in your own outdoor sand volleyball court.
